Refund Eligibility

Refunds can be issued if your subscription is less than 7 days old. This policy helps protect against abuse while still giving new users a fair window to evaluate our service.

Conditions for a Refund

To qualify for a refund:

  • Your subscription must be active for 7 days or less

  • You must provide a valid reason for the refund request

We reserve the right to deny refund requests if there is evidence of misuse or if the refund window has passed.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Go to our Support Portal

  2. Create a support ticket with your order number and reason for refund

  3. Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours

If approved, the refund will be issued in the original payment method (Bitcoin or otherwise). Please note that Bitcoin refunds may take longer due to network confirmations.

Important Notes

  • Refunds are not available after 7 days

  • We do not refund for connectivity issues caused by VPNs or unsupported devices

  • All refunds are final once processed
